ACCIONA in Infrastructure is currently looking for a Site Architect for MCRP-02 project located in San Fernando, PampangaJob Description
- Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and other disciplines to ensure design and construction alignment.
- Prepare, review, and update architectural shop drawings, material approval and method statements.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with design, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Provide technical support during project execution, addressing design-related concerns or discrepancies.
- Assist in project documentation, reporting, and coordination meetings.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and company guidelines.
Required Skills and Competencies
.Licensed Architect (PRC Registered).
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in both structural and architectural works.
- Experience in both office-based design/coordination and site supervision.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Willing to work on-site and adapt to project requirements.
