As a Security Officer Full-Time Front Desk in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a financial institution location, you will provide a welcoming, professional presence while monitoring access, observing activity, and responding to security-related concerns. You will support employees and visitors with exceptional customer service and clear communication, helping to deter incidents and maintain an orderly environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointment information, issue visitor credentials, and direct individuals to appropriate areas in accordance with location procedures.
• Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, observe activity, and report suspicious, unauthorized, or policy-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, incident, and access-related records and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
