- Shape learning and capability-building initiatives that support strategic business objectives across the Customer Experience organization.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to develop workforce capabilities and drive organizational growth.
- Gain exposure to global learning frameworks, learning academies, and international best practices in talent development.
- Build expertise in learning design, coaching, competency development, and change management within a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Area Customer Experience Learning & Development strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct competency assessments and gap analyses to identify learning priorities and capability development requirements.
- Design and implement learning programs in partnership with global L&D teams, learning academies, and business subject matter experts.
- Facilitate onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives to strengthen the capabilities of Area Customer Experience teams.
- Measure and evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics to assess knowledge transfer and business impact.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by driving engagement, participation, and adoption of learning initiatives.
- Manage learning communications, maintain learning content repositories, and track the Area Customer Experience L&D budget.
What We Are Looking For:
- Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset, curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organizational Development role.
- Strong capability in learning content creation, instructional design, and competency-based development programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and geographies.
- Strong project management and change management skills with a track record of driving learning adoption and engagement.
- Knowledge of employee development practices, adult learning methodologies, coaching frameworks, and capability-building initiatives.
- Demonstrated passion for learning and developing people through innovative and practical learning solutions.
