Under the guidance of Mondelēz International’s legal IP leader or IP counsel, you deliver on our Intellectual Property (IP) legal strategy, activities, and service delivery model in a legal IP area. You use your ability to work independently, your in-depth knowledge, and significant experience in IP area to apply legal IP knowledge in practice and propose legal solutions and alternatives to in-house counsel.

How you will contribute:

Under the guidance of Mondelēz International’s legal IP leader or IP Counsel, you will deliver on our legal IP strategy, activities, and service delivery model in a legal IP area. In this role, you provide strategic legal IP support to the business unit, region and global stakeholders and work closely with them to ensure legal IP concepts and implications are understood and related legal and operational risks are assessed. You will operate IP systems and technologies relevant to the area of support, prepare documents, gather information, and interact with business partners to deliver objectives and provide expertise and experience in a legal IP area to identify and advise on laws and regulatory changes in area globally.

Principais responsabilidades

• Atuar nas frentes consultiva e contenciosa do Direito do Trabalho, prestando suporte jurídico às áreas de negócio, tendo People como principal cliente interno;
• Gerir escritórios externos, acompanhando a estratégia processual, indicadores, contingência e provisões, acordos e ações trabalhistas;
• Responder consultas, análises de risco e orientações jurídicas para clientes internos;
• Assessorar a MDLZ em fiscalizações e procedimentos perante MTE, MPT e demais órgãos competentes;
• Atuar de forma próxima às áreas de negócio e demais stakeholders, apoiando nas decisões e projetos;
• Apoiar na implementação de políticas internas e projetos multidisciplinares;
• Desenvolver materiais executivos, indicadores e apresentações.

Requisitos
- Formação em Direito, com OAB ativa;
- Experiência em Direito do Trabalho Empresarial, com atuação consultiva e contenciosa;
- Experiência prévia em jurídico interno (corporativo) será considerada essencial para a posição;
- Vivência na gestão de escritórios terceirizados;
- Experiência no atendimento a clientes internos, diferentes níveis de stakeholders e atuação em ambiente corporativo;
- Conhecimento em fiscalizações trabalhistas (MTE/MPT) e gestão de riscos;
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado (mandatório);
- Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida (50% presencial e 50% remoto).

Diferenciais
- Conhecimento em Espaider ou outros sistemas de gestão jurídica;
- Conhecimento em Power BI e análise de indicadores;
- Experiência na elaboração de apresentações executivas;
- Vivência em empresas de grande porte ou multinacionais.

A posição está baseada em São Paulo, SP (modelo híbrido).
