About our role:
Base monthly pay: EUR 3,565 (Tariff Grade E09K, Chemical Industry Collective Agreement, Hesse, Germany)

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Darmstadt (hybrid working model).
What you will do:

Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities, including the use of AI-driven tools, to enhance operational efficiency.

Support forecasting activities and collaborate closely with Planning and Sales teams to ensure accurate demand and business planning

Monitor stock levels at SKU level to identify trends, risks, and excess inventory, enabling proactive decision-making

Support new product launches in partnership with NPD and Merchandising teams, ensuring smooth execution and market readiness

Provide day-to-day business support, including order processing and responding to customer enquiries

Create, maintain, and optimize global price lists, ensuring accuracy and consistency across markets

Conduct pricing analyses and calculations, taking into account margins, exchange rates, and market dynamics

Prepare, track, and manage commercial offers, while supporting contract administration and approval processes

Support the development of sales targets and the calculation of incentive and bonus schemes to drive commercial performance.
What you will need:
- Abitur (German university entrance qualification) or an equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in a business or operational setting (1+ years)
- Regular SAP user with at least 1 year of experience gained within the past 3 years
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze, interpret, and present data effectively
- Fluent in both German and English, written and verbal
