HR Services Intern

Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is Looking for an HR Services Intern to join the team ​at Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG)!

What will you do?

• Perform secretarial and administrative tasks such as reception services, mail distribution, post office duties, and general errands.
• Welcome guests and transporters, managing front desk operations efficiently.
• Handle switchboard operations and assist with internal communications.
• Sort and distribute mail and packages.
• Support the organization of small events (e.g., catering for clients or internal company events).
• Manage DHL shipments and other logistical needs.
• Enter purchase orders for consumable goods (stationery, workwear, branded materials, Amazon orders) into the company's ERP system and internal files.
• Provide occasional support in travel management and fleet administration.
• Ensure that offices and internal areas are clean and well-organized.
• Support the HR Services team in carrying out daily tasks.

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Languages, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Basic knowledge of business economics.
• Good level of English language.
• Accountability, Problem-solving, Resilience and passion, Teamwork Skills. 

• From 9 AM to 6 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

• Continuous training: Grow professionally by working alongside industry experts.
• Dynamic and international environment: Join a team engaged in global projects.
• The extracurricular internship provides for a monthly expense reimbursement of €800, while the curricular internship does not provide for any expense reimbursement. The program offers the possibility of extending the internship, with the potential transition from a curricular internship to an extracurricular internship, including the corresponding expense reimbursement.
