Who You'll Work With
As an ADP Actuarial Assistant, you will be part of our Actuarial Development Program where you begin as a student that will rotate into various positions throughout the actuarial departments in order to gain a wide range of knowledge and experiences that can be leveraged throughout the Actuary’s career. Although not every rotation path is the same for every student, common roles often include, but are not limited to, Valuation, Product Development, Asset-Liability Management, and Experience Analysis.
Responsibilities
• Utilize your academic skill set and collaborate with others in driving business and actuarial solutions.
• Understand how insurance products are designed and implemented in a competitive manner, aligned with the financial needs of our customers
• Analyze business results and help to ensure we effectively meet all of our commitments to our policyholders
• Understand different types of risk and how to effectively mitigate
• Work with a team of collaborative and passionate associates, committed to driving the best results for Corebridge Financial and its customers.
• Simplify complex processes and analysis into clear and concise explanations
• Make consistent progress in the Society of Actuaries examination process.

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or other quantitative field
• Completion of one or more SOA exams
• Prior internship experience preferred
• Detailed oriented
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Familiarity with MS Office especially Access and Excel
• Programming skill in SAS, Python, Visual Basic, SQL, or C++ a plus, but not required
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $72,000 - $115,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.
In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
Work Location
This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX, Jersey City, NJ, or Woodland Hills, CA office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
