We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Director to lead our growing Private Duty division. What You'll Do
As Clinical Director, you'll oversee the clinical operations of our Private Duty division while ensuring compliance, quality, and an outstanding experience for both clients and caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership for all private duty nursing and caregiver services
- Ensure compliance with Tennessee regulations, agency policies, and best practices
- Oversee patient admissions, assessments, supervisory visits, and care plans
- Conduct clinical chart audits and quality assurance reviews
- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and clinical competency validation
- Investigate and resolve patient concerns while maintaining excellent customer service
- Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and business development teams
- Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning
- Support growth initiatives while maintaining exceptional clinical outcomes

Qualifications
Required
- Active Tennessee RN License
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Previous home health, hospice, or private duty experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- Experience managing teams
- Quality Improvement experience
- OASIS or home care documentation experience
- Experience with scheduling, staffing, or operations
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred but not required)
