Description
Join Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific's Client Training team as an Instructional Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in creating high-quality learning experiences for sponsors, contract research organizations (CROs), site staff, and internal teams. From on-demand eLearning and microlearning to interactive virtual sessions and live training, your work will drive confident adoption of Clario's innovative clinical solutions. What You'll Be Doing
Assess learning needs, recommend effective instructional design solutions, and develop learning resources that meet business and client requirements.
Design and develop customer-facing training and learning assets related to product, project, and protocol-specific deliverables.
Create engaging learning materials including eLearning modules, instructor-led training presentations, job aids, reference guides, and documentation.
Manage all phases of the training development lifecycle, including needs analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Maintain knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and product lines, including Respiratory, Imaging, eCOA, Precision Motion, and Cardiac solutions.
Partner with subject matter experts across Content Development, Customer Care, Product Management, and project teams to ensure training accuracy and effectiveness.
Contribute to the development and optimization of team workflows, processes, and best practices.
Monitor training effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate project risks in a timely manner.
Support hybrid collaboration through regular in-office participation and effective remote engagement.
What We Look For
Bachelor's degree or certification in Learning and Development, Education, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a corporate training, learning and development, or instructional design role.
Proven expertise in applying instructional design methodologies to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
Experience developing eLearning and instructor-led training materials using Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline 360, PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar authoring tools.
Strong proficiency in content development, learning technology, curriculum design, and project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software, systems, and tools quickly.
Experience interpreting technical specifications and translating complex concepts into effective training solutions is preferred.
Experience creating video-based learning content, animations, or multimedia training assets is preferred.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical research industry is preferred.
Candidates may be asked to provide a portfolio or work sample demonstrating instructional design capabilities and content development experience.
