Senior Operations Analyst

Job Description

You will be integral to applying data modeling practices to analyze the findings, develop suggestions for strategic and operational improvements, and develop standards and approaches. Your key responsibilities include the following:

• Support the management team in managing, planning, and monitoring projects or programs’ progress from conception through implementation

• Assist in developing analytical models to analyze and interpret data

• Assist in setting benchmarking standards and result communication

• Closely work with overseas counterparts for data collection, reporting, and building dashboards

• Support the development of the collaboration platform for performance visualization, including business intelligence and portal

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or other related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

• Ability to analyze issues and situations systematically

• Ability to recommend practical solutions with sound judgment and strategic thinking

• Self-initiative with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Good communication skills with a strong command of both written and spoken English

• Knowledgeable in MS Excel; experience in Tableau, Power BI, and Python is preferred

• Occasional travel may be required
