This role serves as a key connector between strategy and execution, ensuring portfolio priorities, transformation programs, strategic alliances, and go-to-market initiatives are translated into scalable actions and measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities
- Lead the global portfolio and transformation strategy aligned with organizational priorities and business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic programs that accelerate growth, adoption, and commercial outcomes.
- Translate corporate objectives into scalable initiatives that deliver measurable impact across sales and business teams.
- Sponsor and lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that support portfolio evolution and business growth.
- Ensure alignment across portfolio priorities, go-to-market strategies, partner ecosystems, and growth initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to senior leadership teams across multiple functions and geographies.
- Influence decisions and drive alignment across complex stakeholder groups within a highly matrixed environment.
- Lead governance, strategic planning, and prioritization processes to ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
- Define and oversee global roadmaps for transformation, portfolio optimization, and business activation.
- Lead large-scale cross-functional programs from strategy through execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Establish scalable frameworks and methodologies that drive consistency and operational excellence globally.
- Champion a user-centered approach that increases adoption, engagement, and business value.
- Simplify complex strategies, processes, and messages into clear and actionable programs.
- Lead change management efforts that support strategic priorities and organizational transformation.
- Develop communication and engagement plans that foster awareness, understanding, and behavioral change.
- Partner with regional leaders to adapt and reinforce global priorities across markets.
- Define success metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure program effectiveness.

Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs in Portfolio Management, Strategic Transformation, Sales Enablement, Go-to-Market, Sales Operations, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Experience working within highly matrixed global organizations.
- Proven success leading strategic initiatives requiring executive influence and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience supporting sales organizations, portfolio strategies, partner ecosystems, strategic alliances, or business transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success driving adoption of strategic portfolio and growth initiatives.
- Strong leadership, program management, governance, and execution capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills.
- Ability to transform complex strategies into practical, scalable, and results-oriented initiatives.
- Experience leading change management, organizational adoption, and business transformation programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
