CHANEL is looking for a Digital Training intern within the Benelux & Scandinavia Training team, Fragrance & Beauty division, based in Amsterdam, for a 6-month internship starting December 2026. The intern reports to the Digital Learning Manager and supports the trainers in their digital learning activities. Daily interactions take place with Beauty Advisors, learning communities and other departments.
What impact you can create at Chanel
Create digital mobile learnings that make training more accessible to field teams.
Design digital content answering local training needs: guides, visuals, presentations.
Steer the translation of learning materials into the 3 local languages, on time and on quality.
Co-build the learning strategy and inform decisions through learning KPIs and analyses.
Drive the communication plan for the digital applications: copywriting, content calendar.

What you will bring
Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
HBO or WO studies in human resources, psychology, communication & media or sales.
Digital native profile skilled in MS Office, Power BI and creative tools (InDesign, Canva).
Project management, organisation and time management skills.
Creativity, autonomy, responsiveness, team spirit and client and product orientation.
