Description
Dick Clark Productions is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to support procurement operations as well as strategic sourcing across a broad range of spend categories. This is a generalist sourcing and procurement role responsible for the day to day procure-to-pay functions in the Coupa software and responsible for sourcing strategies to optimize cost and overall spend management.
While the role will have significant involvement in software and technology as well as event-related spend for PMC's media brands, the Procurement Manager will support additional categories and procurement initiatives based on evolving business needs.
The Procurement Manager will report to the Vice President of Procurement and work closely with stakeholders across PMC as well as cross-functional corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across a variety of spend categories, including software/SaaS, technology, meetings and events, and other spend categories as needed
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop sourcing strategies, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Lead RFx processes, supplier evaluations, pricing analysis, negotiations, and vendor selection
- Review, redline, and negotiate supplier contracts, renewals, amendments, and commercial terms
- Oversee procurement operations functions by supporting Coupa and purchasing processes, troubleshooting issues, and providing internal user support
- Analyze procurement spend and activity to identify cost savings and process improvements
- Support special procurement projects and initiatives as business needs evolve
Qualifications
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience across a variety of spend categories required
- Experience sourcing enterprise software/SaaS and technology, including pricing and contract negotiations required
- Experience leading end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx, required
- Strong experience conducting pricing negotiations and cost optimization initiatives required
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills required
- Ability to review, redline, and negotiate supplier agreements, renewals, amendments, and commercial terms required
- Experience sourcing meetings, events, and production-related categories such as venues, catering, A/V, and production services
- Hands on experience with Coupa Procure-to-Pay including purchasing processes, workflows, troubleshooting, and user support required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.
Typical wage range: $80k - $95k + bonus.
