- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
- Models exceptional customer service skills for the entire clinic staff to emulate.
- Maintain a flexible schedule based on business demands and/or marketing events.
- Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude.
- Assists in updating training procedures, motivating retail sales
- Ensures that the guest experience is pleasant in regard to atmosphere, service and quality.
- Current on the latest spa/salon trends and assists in developing treatment packages accordingly.
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
- Assist business through maintaining and adhering to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the massage therapy services provided, and treatment rooms available.
- Anticipate guest's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
- Maintain positive guest and employee relations at all times; resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
- Perform opening procedures; schedule guest appointments; handle no show appointments; perform closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate accounting and cash handling procedures.
- Conduct appointments according to guest’s comfort and desire; follow departmental massage/body treatment sequence/protocol.
- Follow soiled linen/laundry procedures.
- Greet guests; verify medical releases from guests with applicable medical conditions.
- Other duties as reasonably requested.

Current licensed Therapist, State of Colorado
High school graduate or equivalent
2 Years previous experience
