PH-Prof II IT Infra - Networking
Role / Job Summary:
- Responsible for the performance of technical support projects or tasks in accordance with contract requirements, appropriate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Network Monitoring, Performance and capacity planning: monitor, reconfigure and optimize network hardware (i.e. routers, firewalls, switches) for performance improvements and future scalability.
- Troubleshoot straightforward networking problems independently by investigating underlying problems.
- Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
- Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning, troubleshooting network problems and escalating problems to vendor.
- Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation and maintaining documentation.
- Upgrades network by conferring with vendors, developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on Experience on Cisco Network switches series 9300,9500, 6800 and routers
- series ISR 4k
- Proven knowledge of ITIL framework.
