Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity

As a Deals - Financial Due Diligence - Senior Manager, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information, focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate.

In this role, you will be part of our Deals practice, focusing on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading financial due diligence projects for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues
- Providing strategic advice to clients on maximizing value in complex transactions
- Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into project strategies
- Directing teams through complex financial analyses and maintaining composure in uncertain situations
- Developing and implementing financial models to support transaction decisions
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying financial problems and opportunities
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support ongoing business development efforts

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

- At least one of the following: an active CPA License, Certified Financial Advisor (CFA), Chartered Accountant or an MBA

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating advanced skills in financial due diligence and analysis
- Utilizing strategic questioning to drive insightful decision-making
- Leading complex merger and acquisition projects with precision
- Excelling in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Applying analytical thinking to assess business performance metrics
- Building and nurturing relationships with private equity clients

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
