Job Responsibilities:
Administrar el sistema de Salud para los colaboradores y garantizar la atención al personal cuando lo requiera, a través de los programas de Salud Ocupacional y Ergonomía.
Dar atención médica especializada a personal que sufra enfermedades, incidentes o accidentes para que mejore su salud.
Desarrollar y ejecutar programas de prevención para dar a conocer a los colaboradores la importancia de prevenir enfermedades.
EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA
ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Médico General, con especialidad en Salud Ocupacional
FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA: 5 años en la Industria Automotriz en puesto similar
CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS:
- Nomas y leyes de salud, ambientales y laborales del IMSS, SEMARNAP, PROFEPA, STPS, Secretaría de Salud, CNA
- Regulaciones Corporativas
- Office
- Ergonomía
- Actionlinx
- Procedimientos, instrucciones y formatos del área que le apliquen
IDIOMAS :
- Inglés Intermedio
