Main Responsibilities

1. Develop creative design concepts and produce visual materials for the Company's digital and print publications, including brochures, newsletters, magazines, and other promotional content.
2. Ensure all design outputs comply with the Company's Corporate Identity Guidelines (CIG) and are delivered in accordance with the agreed service levels (SLA).
3. Manage design-related assets, equipment, and administrative documentation to support daily operations.
4. Plan and manage design tasks effectively to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color composition, branding, and print/digital design production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual consistency, and effective visual communication.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and creativity.
