Project Manager — Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction — Atlanta, GA

Our client, a highly respected self-perform general contractor in the water and wastewater treatment plant market, is hiring Project Managers for its Atlanta operation. They are not hiring for a project — they are hiring for careers, building the management bench that lets them take on more work.

What You'll Do

• Run water/wastewater treatment plant construction projects end to end: budget, schedule, subcontractors, owner relationships, and project financials
• Lead onsite project teams — the company believes the whole management staff belongs on the project
• Grow into larger and more complex plant work as you deliver

What They're Looking For — Firm Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience with a treatment plant general contractor, working in the treatment plant market. One year of treatment plant construction does not meet the bar — they need proven success doing exactly what they do
• Demonstrated record of successfully delivered water or wastewater treatment plant projects
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) the Atlanta area — relocation is fully supported

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000 – $180,000 base salary depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus eligibility
• Four weeks of PTO to start: two weeks vacation, one week sick leave (unused sick time accrues), and one week flexible — with a path to a fifth week after five years
• Projects are staffed from regional offices, each serving roughly a three-hour radius — the company does not mandate moves, and when travel is required, arrangements are flexible

Career Path

Project Manager → Project Director → Regional Manager → Division Manager. Multiple operating groups mean several routes up for strong performers.
