The Commercial Strategy team is responsible for optimizing the firm’s go-to-market strategy, commercial operations and business development infrastructure. The team partners closely with firm leadership and practice leaders to drive revenue growth, enhance client engagement, improve pipeline visibility and strengthen decision-making through technology, data and process optimization. By leveraging platforms such as Intapp DealCloud and related business systems, the Commercial Strategy team delivers scalable solutions that improve collaboration, increase operational efficiency and support the firm’s continued expansion.
The Vice President, Pipeline is responsible for the firm's pipeline discipline within the Commercial Enablement (CE) function. Reporting to the local Head of CE, the Vice President, Pipeline will own the opportunity pipeline integrity and the pipeline review rigor across industry verticals. This role institutionalizes pipeline discipline: how opportunities are staged, reviewed and forecast and how risk and aging are surfaced and acted on. This Vice President will turn pipeline data into reliable commercial intelligence for Practice Line Leaders (PLLs) and firm leadership. Success is measured by forecast reliability and the degree to which firm leadership relies on the pipeline as a single source of truth for commercial performance.
