Overview
As a Crew Member at kaisin., you'll be directly involved with guests and actively shape their experience in our store. Your responsibilities include advising guests and assembling bowls at the counter, processing pick-up and delivery orders, operating the cash register, supporting food preparation and inventory control, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring cleanliness and order in the store. You'll work in a modern, collegial team environment with opportunities for personal and professional development. We're looking for someone with or without gastronomy experience who is resilient, reliable, responsible, self-motivated, communicative, and enjoys customer contact. The position requires flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthy fast-food environment.

kaisin. hat in den letzten 7 Jahren mit ihren gesunden, Japanese-infused Bowls den schweizer Fast-Food Markt entscheidend mitgeprägt.
Mit aktuell 11 Stores und 2 weiteren in Planung wachsen wir kontinuierlich und treiben die Entwicklung von Healthy Fast-Food in der Schweiz weiter voran.
Als Crewmember bist du direkt am Gast und gestaltest das Erlebnis in unserem Store aktiv mit. Ob an der Theke, an der Kasse oder im Hintergrund – du sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft und unsere Gäste ihre Bowl frisch, schnell und mit einem Lächeln erhalten.
Für unseren **neuen Standort im Zentrum von Basel** suchen wir neue Crewmember.
## Aufgaben
- Beratung unserer Gäste und Zusammenstellung von Bowls an der Theke
- Abwicklung von Pick-up und Delivery Bestellungen und Bedienung der Kasse
- Unterstützung bei Food-Vorbereitungen und Warenkontrolle
- Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
- Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Store sicherstellen
## Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung in der Gastronomie von Vorteil
- Belastbar und zuverlässig auch in hektischen Situationen
- Verantwortungsbewusst und selbständig in deiner Arbeit
- Herzliche, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Gästekontakt
- Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität
- Flexibel und anpassungsfähig
