Assistant Manager/ Manager (AI Focus)

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen the Bank’s capabilities in data analytics and AI-driven applications

• Leverage big data and AI technologies to enhance risk management, optimize operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making

• Collaborate with business units to gather user requirements, conduct business analysis, and prepare functional specifications

• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of data and AI solutions, including development, testing, deployment, and post-production support

• Prepare technical documentation and deliver training to technical teams, business users, and internal stakeholders

• Conduct market research on emerging technologies and introduce innovative solutions aligned with the Bank’s digital and business strategy
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics and AI applications; prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred

• Familiarity with banking data and core business systems is an advantage

• Hands-on experience in big data and AI development, with exposure to model fine-tuning (SFT), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) preferred

• Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python or Java; TensorFlow or PyTorch; Transformer models; open-source LLM application development; AI agent frameworks; RAG; machine learning techniques

• Strong analytical mindset, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Manager-level positions
