MC is seeking a motivated Revit Technician to join our growing structural engineering team. Both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates with strong Revit skills are encouraged to apply.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, supporting structural engineers in the development of high-quality construction documents while growing technical and professional skills in a collaborative environment.

This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, supporting structural engineers in the development of high-quality construction documents while growing technical and professional skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain structural models using Revit.
- Prepare structural drawings and construction documents for permit and construction.
- Implement redlines and design changes provided by project engineers.
- Coordinate structural models and drawings with architects and other consultants.
- Assist with setup and maintenance of Revit project templates, families, and standards.
- Support construction administration tasks, including shop drawing coordination, as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or coursework in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in Revit for structural modeling and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established drafting standards.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a structural engineering office environment.
- Familiarity with structural systems such as steel, concrete, masonry, and wood framing.
- Experience coordinating models within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Knowledge of basic structural concepts and terminology.
