Licensed Practical Nurse OB/GYN

Location: Bartlesville, OK

Facility: Bartlesville Medical Park

Department/Specialty: OB/GYN Clinic

Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What You Will Do

• Enhances Patient Care: LPNs conduct patient intakes, assist with specialized in-office ENT procedures, and provide education on medications, prevention, and post-op care.
• Improves Clinic Efficiency: LPNs handle room turnover, instrument sterilization, and supply restocking to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Facilitates Communication: By acting as a liaison, LPNs relay information between patients and providers, manage documentation, and assist with scheduling and triage.
• Ensures Safety & Infection Control: They enforce strict sanitization protocols and maintain high standards for handling scopes and equipment.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. OK or KS state licensure required relevant to where the employee works. Knowledge and skill in writing prescriptions for the Physician as needed.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

• Experienced and New Graduates will be considered
• Excellent communication skills
