• Own inventory GL balances (RM, WIP, FG) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper classification
• Perform and lead subledger-to-GL reconciliations, resolving variances and ageing items
• Manage month-end and quarter-end close, including BtP analysis, inventory roll-forward, and variance reporting
• Ensure proper inventory accounting across RM, WIP, and FG, including cut-off and transaction integrity
• Partner with Operations, Costing, IT, and Finance teams to explain drivers and financial impacts
• Lead automation and process improvement initiatives, including: Reconciliation standardisation and automation, Close process simplification and cycle time reduction, Data validation and reporting enhancements (e.g., Power BI, SAP, analytics tools)
