Full-Stack Software Engineering Intern - Core Product Team

Findmee is a startup from Graubünden, Switzerland, building software for the construction industry.

Our platform helps construction companies manage their machines, vehicles, tools, projects and field operations in one system. Today, Findmee focuses on four core areas:

**Asset tracking:** Companies can locate and manage machines, vehicles and tools on a map, using GPS trackers, telematics data and geofencing.

**Asset dispatch planning:** Teams can plan where assets are needed, assign machines or equipment to projects and keep a better overview of availability and usage.

**Automated project reporting:** Findmee helps automate construction site reporting by combining manual work reports with machine data, operating hours, project assignments and approval workflows.

**Maintenance management:** Customers can manage the full lifecycle of an asset, including service history, inspections, maintenance schedules, alerts and notifications for responsible personnel when action is required.

We are looking for a strong software engineering intern who wants to work directly on our core product. This is not a typical internship where you only support the team from the side. You will build real features, work across frontend, backend and database logic, and take ownership of parts of the product.

The internship can lead to a full-time role with salary and ESOP participation.

## Aufgaben

As part of the core product team, you will work across the full stack:

• Build and improve product features in our Next.js application
• Implement frontend interfaces, backend logic and database changes
• Work with TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Vercel, Mapbox and StackAuth
• Integrate GPS trackers, telematics data and external APIs
• Improve workflows around asset tracking, construction reporting, maps and project data
• Debug, test and improve existing features
• Work directly with the founders on product and technical decisions
• Optional: join customer interviews and turn real feedback into product improvements

You will not only receive predefined tasks. We expect you to think critically, ask questions, propose better solutions and take responsibility for your work.

## Qualifikation

We care more about ability, ownership and learning speed than degrees.

You should bring:

• Strong experience with TypeScript, React and Next.js
• Good understanding of full-stack web development
• Experience working with databases and APIs
• Basic experience with Git/GitHub
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High personal standards and willingness to take responsibility
• Motivation to work in an early-stage startup environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with Prisma, PostgreSQL, Vercel, Mapbox or StackAuth
• Experience with SaaS products, B2B software, IoT, GPS tracking or telematics
• Interest in construction tech, mapping, automation or data-heavy products
• UI/UX sense and the ability to think from the user’s perspective

This role is probably not a fit if you are mainly looking for a safe internship with clearly defined small tasks.

It is a fit if you want to grow fast, take ownership and help build a product that is used by real companies.
