Description
- Respond to and manage incoming sales inquiries.
- Develop long-term relationships with prospective clients.
- Guide buyers through home design, budgeting and planning discussions.
- Help clients evaluate floor plans and design alternatives.
- Coordinate with our design, engineering and construction support teams.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects throughout extended sales cycles.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and related sales documentation.
- Manage opportunities from initial inquiry through contract execution.
- Significant career experience in consultative B2C sales.
- Residential housing, custom homebuilding, real estate development, or a closely related industry background.
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services to affluent consumers.
- General working knowledge of residential construction, plans, and homebuilding processes.
- Familiarity with coastal, waterfront, elevated, hurricane-resistant, or resort-area construction is a significant plus.
- Extensive travel experience and familiarity with the United States, Bahamas, Caribbean, and other resort-oriented markets is highly desirable.
- Strong telephone and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish credibility and trust with sophisticated buyers.
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
- Comfortable working in a structured office environment.
- College degree preferred, though substantial relevant experience may be substituted.

- Have you personally closed sales of $500K+ in a consumer (B2C) environment?
- Do you have experience managing and closing long sales cycle opportunities (6+ months) that require ongoing relationship building?
- Do you have a working knowledge of residential construction fundamentals?
- Are you familiar with coastal or hurricane-prone construction considerations (e.g., wind load, codes, coastal building requirements)?
- Are you comfortable working primarily in an office setting using phone and email, including some evenings and Saturdays?
