Cardiology Nurse Practitioner | Full-Time
Location: New Haven, Connecticut
A well-established, nonprofit, community-focused healthcare organization in the New Haven area is seeking a full-time Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join its growing cardiovascular practice. The organization is academically affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine and is nationally recognized for patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
The provider will deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care, including evaluation and management of patients with arrhythmias, heart failure, and other cardiac conditions, while collaborating closely with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams. The role includes outpatient care with involvement in cardiac diagnostics, procedures, and follow-up management. Experience or interest in cardiac electrophysiology is considered a plus.
