We are developing a project at Marsh called Inclusive Academy.

It is essentially a one-year internship program designed to train and integrate people with disabilities through inclusive recruitment. This program is divided in 2 parts.

Part 1:

The first half of the program will be fully training-focused. The initial 4 months will consist of behavioral and technical training (Office tools and English) to identify participants who can develop the skills needed to perform in our more technical teams. The training will be focused on Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and English.

Part 2:

Those that successfully complete the training part with a great evaluation will then continue for the remaining 8 months in a practical internship (with the final goal being hiring after that period). They can join our Actuarial analytical team, Our Investments analytical team or our Consulting team.

All training and the internship will take place at the Lisbon office. The training will be paid for by Marsh and we will also provide an internship salary to participants according to IEFP guidelines.

The plan is to start the program in mid-July 2026.

The main objective is to be able to integrate some profiles who hold a multi-use disability certificate (60% or greater) by the end of the program. However, we also believe this can be a great opportunity for participants to learn skills in demand in the labor market and boost their future prospects (with us or elsewhere).

Requirements:

• Hold a multi-use disability certificate of 60% or greater

• Interest in consulting or analytics

• English level B1/B2 or higher

• Speak Portuguese

• Be based in Lisbon or nearby

• Availability for a full-time, 100% in-person internship (the first 4 months) at our offices
