Summary:
- The purpose of this position is to retain, acquire, penetrate and innovate with food service distributors according to the brand strategy.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage key account operations and maintain strong relationships with clients, technical and operational teams.
- Lead industrial trials, validate product performance, and ensure successful implementation under production conditions.
- Support formulation adjustments based on in-line performance, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, and monitor forecasts, order fulfillment, risks, and business performance through regular reporting.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong technical and operational knowledge of food industry processes, product functionality, industrial trials, and customer implementation.
- Understanding of key account management, cross-functional coordination, forecasting, supply chain, and problem-solving in manufacturing environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to build effective relationships with customers, distributors, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Food Engineering, Food Science, or similar.
- 4 years of experience.
- Intermediate to basic English.
- Proven experience in technical sales focused on meat products.
