As a Manufacturing Assembly Supervisor, you'll provide first-level people leadership in a frontline setting. You'll coordinate and supervise the daily activities of a team. You'll ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively within established guidelines. You will be accountable for achieving high quality standards and efficient production processes. Guiding, coordinating, and evaluating the team’s work to achieve manufacturing assembly goals.
Communicating expectations and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively within established guidelines and procedures.
Identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective solutions.
