Description
Lead and mentor a team of performance engineers. Define performance KPIs, benchmarking strategy, and roadmap. Drive alignment across architecture, silicon, firmware, kernel, compiler, and workload teams. 12+ years in CPU performance engineering/system software. Strong Python, Bash, C/C++. Deep microarchitecture, memory, NUMA, PCIe/CXL understanding. ARMv9/SVE/SVE2, virtualization, firmware experience. Hands-on with SPEC suites, cloud-native benchmarks. Leadership experience. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience. 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. Guide kernel, BIOS/UEFI, compiler, SVE/SVE2 optimizations. Support OEM/ODM benchmarking and field issues.
