Richdale Apartments is now hiring dedicated and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technicians for numerous Class A luxury communities. Our Maintenance Technicians play a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work.
Responsibilities
About the Role
- Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliances in a timely manner
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
- Delivers various communications to residents as needed
- Provide the best quality customer service to our residents

Qualifications
- Hold current HVAC certification
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
- Must be able to work on-call
