What You’ll Do
As a Sales Rep, you’ll act as a trusted advisor matching our innovative workspace solutions to each client’s vision, goals, and budget. You’ll:
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Consult with clients to understand their workspace needs and offer strategic solutions
- Drive growth by actively networking, prospecting, and closing deals
- Present proposals, product demos, and tailored recommendations with confidence
- Ensure smooth execution from project kickoff to post-installation follow-up
- Stay current on product innovations and trends in office design
- Embrace creativity, flexibility, and a solutions-first mindset
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (especially outside sales), but we’re open to high-potential candidates with strong people skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to hit or exceed sales goals
- Comfort with CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Self-starter with a team-player attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Details
Type: Full-Time / In-person
Location: Des Moines, IA
Salary: $30,000 – $50,000 base + commission (uncapped earning potential!)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
