Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Evening Shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team for the evening shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality resident care, support the nursing team, and ensure a safe and effective environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct resident care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess resident conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care plans.
- Educate residents and their families on health management and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist with the coordination of resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Compassionate and resident oriented approach to care.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
