Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Bedford, Pennsylvania.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient primary care role serving patients of all ages
• Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and community-based services
• Mission-driven nonprofit healthcare organization serving the community for more than 40 years
• Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in stable outpatient environment
• Collaborative clinical setting with provider autonomy
COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $240,000 – $250,000
• Student Loan Repayment: $50,000 – $110,000
• Pennsylvania State Loan Repayment eligibility
SCHEDULE
• Monday – Friday schedule
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM standard schedule
• One weekly 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift
• No weekend clinic requirement
ROLE
• Provide full-scope outpatient family medicine care
• Manage preventive medicine and chronic conditions
• Treat pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Address behavioral health awareness and community healthcare needs
• Work collaboratively within mission-focused outpatient clinical team

• Average patient volume up to 18 patients daily

Requirements
• Board Certified in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED or willing to obtain
• Ability to see patients of all ages REQUIRED
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred
