WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We're seeking an Analyst, FP&A, to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis within a growing organization. You will work closely with senior team members to support key financial processes and contribute to business decision-making.

In this role, you will:

• Support the budgeting and forecasting process by preparing data and assisting with analysis.

• Prepare regular financial reports and assist in analyzing performance against budget and forecasts.

• Perform basic variance analysis to identify trends and highlight key drivers.

• Assist in maintaining and updating financial models and reports.

• Support revenue and cost analysis for business activities and projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data.

• Help develop dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to track business performance.

• Assist in process improvements and documentation of financial procedures.

• Provide support for ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome)

• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

• Familiar with analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to pursue information independently to self-educate and develop solutions

• Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects and priorities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables; advanced skills like macros is a plus)

• Experience with NetSuite Financials and reports are plus points

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Internship or prior exposure to FP&A, accounting, or finance functions in corporate environment

• Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)

• Interest in professional services or project-based business environments

• MBA is a plus
