Role Overview

The Technical Supervisor – Building Mechanical Works will provide on‑site technical supervision of mechanical installations, ensuring adherence to approved designs, applicable standards, and local regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Description

• Conduct technical supervision of building mechanical works in accordance with Hungarian legislation and project requirements.

• Oversee works covered by authorization ME‑G for building mechanical supervision.

• Verify compliance with technical documentation, standards, and quality expectations.

• Coordinate with contractors, designers, and on‑site project stakeholders.

• Identify, report, and monitor the resolution of non‑conformities.

• Participate in inspections, testing activities, and project handover processes.

Qualifications

• Valid ME‑G authorization for technical supervision of building mechanical works (valid until 21.10.2030).

• Demonstrated experience supervising mechanical installations, including HVAC, piping, and building services.

• Strong understanding of relevant mechanical standards, regulations, and safety requirements.

• Previous experience working on construction or industrial projects.
