デジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進及びITによるビジネス競争力強化を目指し、ITインフラ要員を増強します。

 

業務内容

・ゼロトラストアーキテクチャやAIを活用したネットワーク最適化を含む次世代ネットワーク構想の企画推進

・クラウドサービス(AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)を活用する中外製薬グループの大規模ネットワークの企画/設計/構築

・クラウド及びオンプレミス環境におけるLAN、WAN、外部接続、CDN（Akamai）、SWG（Zscaler）などのネットワークの企画・設計・構築

Background to recruitment:

Promoting digital transformation and strengthening business competitiveness through IT by increasing IT infrastructure personnel.

 

Description of work :

・Planning and promoting next-generation network concepts that include Zero Trust architecture and AI-driven network optimization.

・Planning, designing, and building large-scale networks for the Chugai Pharmaceutical Group utilizing cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

・Planning, designing, and building networks in both cloud and on-premises environments, including LAN, WAN, external connections, CDN (Akamai), SWG (Zscaler).

 

Position Features:

It's so attractive to build up a large-scale network infrastructure from scratch with the latest cloud base technology. We also have the opportunity to collaborate with Roche, a global megapharma, and work in a global environment.

応募資格   求める経験：

＜必須要件＞

・SIerや事業会社での大規模ネットワークの設計・構築、維持・運用の経験（3年以上）

・複数のステークホルダーが関わるプロジェクトのマネジメント経験（3年以上）

・海外子会社やロシュ社との会議を含む英語でのコミュニケーション能力

 

＜歓迎要件＞

・パブリッククラウド（AWS/Azure/Google Cloud）を利用したネットワーク設計・構築、維持・運用の経験

・ゼロトラストアーキテクチャを利用したネットワーク設計・構築、維持・運用の経験

 

求めるスキル・知識・能力：

・ネットワークインフラ全般(LAN/WAN、Wireless、FW、インターネットセキュリティ、SSL、等)に関する知識

・パブリッククラウド（AWS/Azure/GoogleCloudのいずれか）に関する知識

・大規模プロジェクトマネジメント能力

・企画提案力、調整や交渉などを円滑に行えるコミュニケーション能力

・ビジネスで意思疎通ができる英語力

必須資格(TOEIC含)：

・四年制大学卒以上

・TOEIC700点以上

・CCNP又は同等の資格

・以下いずれかの資格

　－AWS Solution Architect （アソシエイト以上）

　－Microsoft Azure 認定資格（Fundamentals以上）

　－Google Cloud 認定資格（アソシエイト以上）

Desired experience:

Required:

・Experience in designing, building, maintaining, and operating large-scale networks at SIer or business companies (more than 3 years).

・Project management experience involving multiple stakeholders (more than 3 years).

・English communication skills, including meetings with overseas subsidiaries and Roche.

 

Preferred:

・Experience in designing, building, maintaining, and operating networks using public cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)

・Experience in designing, building, maintaining, and operating networks using Zero Trust architecture

 

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

・Comprehensive knowledge of network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Wireless, Firewall, Internet Security, SSL, and more.

・Knowledge of public cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)

・Ability to manage large-scale projects

・Planning and proposal skills, and communication skills to smoothly handle coordination and negotiations

・English proficiency for business communication

 

Desired Competencies:

・Leadership to drive projects by involving stakeholders both domestically and internationally, as well as internally and externally

・A willingness to continuously follow technology trends and use the latest technologies to create new value

・A sense of responsibility to be aware of speed and complete tasks until the end

 

Desired Qualification:

・Bachelor's degree or higher

・TOEIC score of 700 or above

・CCNP or equivalent certification.

・Have one of certifications below:

　－AWS Solution Architect (Associate or higher)

　－Microsoft Azure Certified (Fundamentals or higher)

　－Google Cloud Certified (Associate or higher)
