Overview

Group 1 Nissan Southwest Houston is growing rapidly and looking to add 3 experienced Automotive Sales Professionals to our team!

 

This is a great opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of automotive sales experience who are ready to take their career to the next level in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience is required
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
• Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
