In this position, you will play a crucial role in analysing data to help inform our strategies and improve service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and interpret data from various sources.Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.RequirementsProven experience in data analysis or a related field.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).Nice to haveExperience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS).Knowledge of the healthcare or counselling sector.
