Who 110I is 110 Industries was founded in the UK in 2017. Having started with only a few people in, we were driven by our mission — making user-friendly content that could be described as revolutionary and thrilling. We have already participated in Tokyo Game Show 2021 with a presentation of AAA games and united such a strong community of art-related professionals as Kelly Zmak, Stefanie Joosten, Ildiko Preszly, and many others.We create high-budget movies, games which take long-lasting production period and sufficient amount of resources. Also, we make music and comics (and, desirably, the list will enlarge very soon). In short term we are presenting our premiere Wanted: Dead, a hardcore third-person shooter/slasher videogame. The release will successfully introduce us to the entertainment industry. We have assumed control. The candidate In Switzerland, we are looking for a qualified Investment Analyst. We want this person to run financial modeling, drawing investment, performance analysis and investor relations development. Particularly, they will be responsible for:— Drafting and preparing investment materials (presentations, reports)— Investment market analysis— Providing qualitative and quantitative analysis and following-up for strategic decision-making— Valuation models to track investment performance— Administrative financial models— Evolving investor relations segment for future transactions— Controlling cash flow— Equity value assessment— Performing investment transactions and interacting with investorsDuring the first six months, the Investment Analyst will be principally preparing investment materials and managing tasks given by co-founders and CFO. In a year perspective, we will transfer 90% of all the main tasks for their independent implementation. Competences You are the one to apply in case:— You are deeply familiar with quantitative investment methods and cash flow control tools— You can achieve sophisticated models with different economic scripts, manage their profitability and risks, and optimize the results— You can prepare investment reports and successfully present them to directors council as well as to shareholders— You provide a thorough monitoring of investment portfolio— You achieve right business sense in legal documents and understand how royalty, payment procedure, termination procedure and other agreement conditions will be observed Knowledge and skills Our desirable candidate should provide:— University degree in Mathematics, Tech, Finance/Financial Engineering, Economics, Business or related field— 3+ years experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital funds, or top-tier investment banks, or consulting/audit in Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY— Deep knowledge of corporate finance— Fluent English (French and/or Japanese will be a plus)— Interest in videogames (at least you distinguish between Сall of Duty, Uncharted, Dark Souls and Devil May Cry) and basic gaming experience— Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) perfect command (Keynote and Pages will be a plus)— Good communication skills and preparation for ongoing learning— Preferably, experience in English law transactions What we offer — Opportunity to be a core team member of the fast growing international company in a super hot and progressive industry— A competitive salary (we will discuss this individually) with performance-based bonuses— Full-time with flexible time schedule— Working place in one of our modern office in Limassol, Cyprus Office— Opportunity to relocate to other departments of ours— Rock & roll and creative vibes in an international teamPlease, send us your CV to our email: [email protected].
