As a growing writing and editing company, we are looking for a talented individual to help us increase our online presence and engage with our audience through various social media platforms. Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our services and increase brand awareness- Manage and curate content across our social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts- Monitor and engage with our audience through comments, messages, and mentions- Utilize analytics and insights to track and report on the success of social media campaigns- Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for social media campaigns and promotions- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and best practices to ensure our company remains relevant and engaging in the digital space Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a writing or editing industry- Experience creating and managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms- Proficient in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content- Proven track record of growing social media following and engagement- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Passion for writing and editing with a keen eye for detailBenefits- 401(k) matching- Health insurance- Life insurance- Paid time off- Professional development assistance
