Susan Ulmer Addiction Services is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Outreach Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our service users, helping them with their recovery journey. As an Outreach Worker, you will be on the front line in our mission to help people overcome addiction and rebuild their lives.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct initial assessments of service users to identify their needs and challenges. Develop and implement outreach programs aimed at reaching individuals in need of our services.Advocate for service users to help them access the services and resources they need.
