Our commitment to delivering certainty to our customers sets us apart, with a strong focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction.As a Residential Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include providing accurate painting estimates for residential projects, ensuring clear communication and managing customer expectations. You will also actively promote our services through marketing initiatives, such as placing lawn signs in designated territories and distributing door hangers as per our Territory Marketing Plan. Participation in Company-sponsored Home Shows is a key part of your role as well.To excel in this position, a 2-year degree in a related field is required, along with a clean driving record and valid driver's license. Sales experience and a track record of accomplishments and promotions are also important. Exceptional project and time management skills will be crucial, as well as a working knowledge of interior and exterior paints, coatings, carpentry, drywall, EIFS, DRYVIT, and other construction practices (preferred).Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills will help you build strong relationships with customers, while being goal-oriented, organized, and energetic will ensure your success in meeting targets. As a valued member of our team, you will receive continuous training and opportunities for professional growth.Join Northeast Pro Painting and be part of a winning team that delivers excellence in every project.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position products and services- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecastsSkills:- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage accounts and track sales activities- Excellent account management skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals- Knowledge of the residential market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs- Previous experience in outside sales or technology sales is preferred- Proven ability in business development, including lead generation and conversion- Technical sales experience is a plus- Bilingual in Spanish is a plusIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
