- Process orders, forms, and requests; directing unresolved issues to the necessary parties.
- Accurately and authentically represents products and services offered by the company.
- Promote a team atmosphere and provide feedback to other departments regarding customer concerns and suggestions.

- Sign-on bonus ranging from $500 to $1000, contingent on performance metrics.
