Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who is passionate about data and problem-solving. In this role, you will analyze product and financial data, generate insights, and support decision-making across teams, including Product, Risk, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Dig into our product and financial data to find insights that drive real decisions (not slide decks)
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking MAU, Unit Economics, retention, and portfolio health
- Work directly with Product, Risk, and Finance teams to define and measure KPIs
- Support the modelling of customer cohorts, LTV, and NPL forecasting
- Translate messy data into clear, concise recommendations for the team
- Be part of the team building the analytics foundation as we scale from 40K to 3M active users
