Where You Make An Impact:

• Further development and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a focus on Finance processes
• Gathering and evaluating stakeholder requirements in close collaboration with functional experts, development teams, and project management
• Inhouse consulting with process experts and teams using agile methodologies such as SCRUM
• Managing Incidents, Requests, Problems, and Changes while providing 2nd‑level support for Finance-related applications
• Driving and supporting ERP rollout projects, including on‑site assistance during migrations and user trainings
• Creating concepts for harmonizing, digitalizing, and automating Finance processes, including requirement management, backlog refinement, and Fit/Gap analysi

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:

•  Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or similar field, with initial IT experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO

• Understanding of Finance processes, related sub‑processes, and cross‑functional touchpoints; SQL/T‑SQL knowledge is a plus
• Strong technical and methodological skills in support, documentation, and project management
• Confident communicator with customer‑focused mindset, reliability, teamwork, and enthusiasm
• Full professional English proficiency, basic German skills, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally
