Following a recent refurbishment, they are seeking a talented Bar & Lounge Manager to lead their beautifully designed bar and three luxurious lounge areas.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Bar & Lounge Manager…
- £35,000 per annum plus circa £7,200 service charge
- Working 48 hours per week, across 5 days
- The opportunity to manage a newly refurbished bar and lounges within a world-famous 5 Red Star hotel
- Managing with a highly skilled team of 11, delivering impeccable guest service

Responsibilities as the Bar & Lounge Manager…
- Overseeing the daily operation of the bar and lounge areas, ensuring an outstanding guest experience at all times
- Leading, motivating, and inspiring a team of 11 to deliver exceptional 5-star service
- Curating and maintaining an outstanding beverage and cocktail offering
- Driving service standards, training, and development within your team
The ideal Bar & Lounge Manager will…
- Have proven experience within a 5-star luxury environment
- Possess excellent knowledge of beverages, wines, and cocktails
- Be a natural leader with the ability to inspire and manage a passionate team
