As the IT Audit Manager, your core mission is to provide critical assurance over the technology landscape that powers this fast-paced digital bank. This is not a traditional, back-office audit role. You will be a strategic partner to the business, engaging directly with senior leadership and the Audit & Risk Committees. Your challenge is to proactively identify and mitigate technology risks—from cybersecurity threats to infrastructure vulnerabilities—ensuring the bank's platforms remain secure, resilient, and compliant. Your impact will be safeguarding the bank's reputation and assets, enabling its continued innovation and growth in a complex regulatory environment.
Profile for Success:

- Demonstrated experience leading complex IT audits from planning through to reporting within a sophisticated technology environment (e.g., banking, fintech, or Big 4 advisory).
- Proven ability to engage with and present to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and board committees.
- A track record of managing and developing audit professionals.
- Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Auditing).
- CISA certification is essential.
- 5+ years of IT audit experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC), application controls, cybersecurity, and frameworks such as COBIT and COSO.
